States are making important progress towards implementing a complete QRIS that meets all outlined quality benchmarks; nonetheless, their progress is masked by the one figure reported. To present a more full image of QRIS implementation and improvements across the nation, OCC is intently tracking the progress of states that gained't meet all quality benchmarks, but which have demonstrated improvements by growing the variety of benchmarks reached. For example, as of FY 2014, a minimum of six states have incorporated six quality benchmarks and no much less than six states have included 5 high quality benchmarks.
